We are looking for 2-3 acres of usable land. Some of that land is used temporarily during construction, so in the end we would only take up ½ -1 acresfor the actual battery project equipment.

Every project will have unique site attributes which are taken into account when we come up with an offer to a landowner. On average, we are offering around $25,000-$50,000/year assuming the site can support a 5MW battery project.

A battery project must go through various stages of design and approval from the utility, county, and maybe even federal authorities which can vary in how long it takes for battery project to be built. Plan on 2-3 years from signing a lease option with Stonebrook to when the project is constructed.
